ACEVO – Conservative Party Third Sector Summit
The ACEVO Conservative Party Third Sector Summit was organised in just a couple of weeks. Our experienced team were able to respond quickly to the client requirements in this short lead time. Our engineers provided two projection screens and projectors and integrated moderated text and twitter feeds to a stage prompt and to one of the two screens so that the audience and viewers of the live web stream could participate in the discussions.
Foundations Conference
Reelife worked with Affinity events at the Foundations conference, the national body for Home Improvement Agencies. We provided Audio visual in the main conference room providing a 3 metre, 16:9 screen. We also provided projectors, screens and laptops for the breakout rooms. Around 250 delegates and speakers met at the Holiday Inn for the 1.5 day conference, titled Transforming Services, Transforming Lives.

Action Against Hunger
Culinary luminaries Heston Blumenthal, Angela Hartnett, Fergus Henderson and Herbert Berger joined forces to help raise £140,000 at Action Against Hunger’s Fine Wine Auction and Dinner, held at City dining institution 1 Lombard Street. Reelife working with Peak Hire provided four 42″ plasma screens for a silent auction as well as for DVD playback. Four Nexo PS10 speakers and subs were positioned around the room and we provided a Midas Venice mixing desk with 2 Shure ULX radio mics for the hosts along as well as micing up the evenings entertainment.
Lambeth Conference 2008

The Main 'Big Top' Venue
Held every ten years the Lambeth Conference gathers representatives from the Anglican communion to Canterbury University. Reelife were involved early in the planning process and the scope of our involvment grew as we approached the event and as more detail was added to the outline programme. We provided cameras and projection in the main ‘Big Top’ venue as well as in the spouses venue and installed a temporary Avid suite for use by Trinity Wall Street who were filming various aspects of the event.
To reduce the carbon footprint Lambeth decided to install digital signage across the campus to keep the delegates updated on venue and program change.
We also provided sound, lighting and audio visual for the 140 or so fringe events and bible study groups along with technicians to support them and installed 3 temporary radio studios and liased with broadcasting companies from around the world providing video feeds and copies of session recordings.
This was one of our biggest conferences to date with over 20 crew on site across the 4 weeks of the build, running and breakdown of the conference. Our thanks go to all the camera crew and av engineers who made this possible and especially to Alan Wallace and Andy Bartlett from Affinity Events for choosing Reelife.
Baptist Assembly 2009
Held at Bournemouth International Centre. Reelife were chosen to provide audio visual equipment and personnel for the main worship venue in the Windsor Hall. We provided at 25 foot by 9 foot truss frame screen with two edge-blended projectors with an additional pair as hot-swap backups. Our new Di-ventix II provided control with multiple presets and layer. We provided three Sony cameras which fed into our Panasonic MX-70 vision mixer along with stage prompting, a feed for the signer and feeds to plasma screens throughout the venue.
Our experienced crew integrated with the Baptist technical team to provide the audio visual infrustructure.
Reelife also provided all the technical equipment for the alternative prism venue. (4 Plasma screens, power distribution, sound and lighting) The venue was setup by our team and operated by a crew from Baptist Assembly. We provided an on-call technician to assist if any technical issues arose.
Analog Way Diventix II (2)
The new Analog Way Diventix II (2) is a multi layer hi-resolution mixer scaler seamless switcher with keying /edge blending system with 4 scalers. With 4 universal analogue Inputs & 4 SD/HD-SDI and DVI inputs it can accept anything plugged into it and with 2 analogue and digital outputs you can chose a variety of output combinations. Main & preview, 2 separate screens with a preview or a super wide edge blended screen using 2 projectors with a preview output plus many more all easily controlled from the front panel interface.

Analog Way Easy Fade
Easy Fade is fitted with 4 Video Inputs including one RGB or YUV component on BNC. Easy Fade includes an Analog output on an HD15 connector. Easy Fade includes 2 switching modes: Seamless or smooth switching. In seamless mode, the computer output format is identical to one of the 3 Computer inputs, the one selected as a reference. It allows you to switch with cut, fade and titling effects between this PC and any Video source. This makes it a perfect solution for House of Worship applications.

This ultra compact and user friendly device is designed for high resolution A/V presentation displays, Houses of Worship, conference and boardrooms, and events. The OctoFX is fitted with 8 Universal A/V inputs including one DVI & 2 Composite, and 2 outputs: 1 Analog and 1 DVI. It performs an ultra fast and smooth transition between any Video or Computer sources. It also allows a true seamless cut between one computer Input (direct) and any other Video or Computer Input.
